Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage service
- ability to stand and move throughout shift
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- excellent interpersonal communication skills

- commitment to high hygiene and professional standards
- punctuality and integrity in attendance and scheduling
Job Qualifications

- experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines
- ability to work autonomously
- motivated and results-driven
- thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings including china, glass, and flatware
- thorough knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology
- ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties simultaneously
- exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner
- utilize thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items
- leverage knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including technical and service procedures
- interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time
- participate in daily pre-shift meetings
- adhere to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including authorized methods of payment and POS system usage
- execute pre-shift, post-shift, and daily duties as assigned
- fulfill duties involving lifting objects such as tables, chairs, and highchairs
- clean and maintain restaurant and workstation
- maintain highest level of hygiene standards including clean uniform and professionally styled appearance
- coordinate scheduling and time-off with management
