Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check
- Must pass drug testing as per companys drug free workplace policy and applicable background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2+ years of previous experience working as a server preferred
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Professional and dependable
- Fine dining serving experience is a plus
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques
- Describes all menu items, prices and methods of preparation
- Ensures station and table set ups are complete prior to service and at the end of the shift
- Clears tables during service
- Maintains area with all supplies
- Controls guest checks to secure proper payment
- Communicates and works closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assists guests as necessary
- Performs all other duties as needed
