Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months to a year related work experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess vast wine and whiskey knowledge
- Must be able to lift and carry a server's tray and dinner plates on a continuous basis
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 13 Servers Permit

Job Duties
- Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
- Recognizes and acknowledges restaurant guests promptly after seating
- Communicates menu offerings and recommends wines and whiskies from extensive lists
- Takes and delivers food and beverage orders accurately and professionally
- Serves and refills alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring extensive knowledge of wine and whiskey
- Removes empty glasses and dining items courteously without disturbing guests
- Maintains cleanliness and proper setup of tables, completing side work in a timely manner
- Provides alcohol service adhering to MAST guidelines, including responsibly managing guest consumption
- Ensures workstations are stocked, neat, clean, and sanitary
- Secures accurate payment and reports errors promptly
- Works varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, special events, and holidays
- Performs other duties as assigned
