  • completed application including work experience section or detailed resume
  • ability to handle cash and payment transactions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • leadership experience for lead server roles
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • organizational skills
  • willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet guests and escort them to tables
  • present menus and answer questions about food and drinks
  • accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff
  • deliver food and beverages to tables and check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • prepare tables for new guests and clear away finished plates and items
  • present guest bill and process payment transactions including cash, credit cards, and room charges
  • lead and supervise other servers, coordinate floor operations, manage table assignments, handle customer concerns, assist with training new staff
