- willingness to work part-time and temporary hours
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- capable of handling multiple tasks

- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Job Duties
- Greet guests and escort them to tables
- present menus and answer questions about food and drinks
- accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff
- deliver food and beverages to tables and check in with customers throughout their meal
- prepare tables for new guests and clear away finished plates and items
- present guest bill and process payment transactions including cash, credit cards, and room charges
- lead and supervise other servers, coordinate floor operations, manage table assignments, handle customer concerns, assist with training new staff
