Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to work part-time and temporary hours
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • must complete all application parts including work experience section or attach resume

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • capable of handling multiple tasks
  • leadership skills for lead server role
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and escort them to tables
  • present menus and answer questions about food and drinks
  • accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff
  • deliver food and beverages to tables and check in with customers throughout their meal
  • prepare tables for new guests and clear away finished plates and items
  • present guest bill and process payment transactions including cash, credit cards, and room charges
  • lead and supervise other servers, coordinate floor operations, manage table assignments, handle customer concerns, assist with training new staff
