Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to follow beverage preparation recipes
- knowledge of POS systems
- compliance with alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

- familiarity with drink recipes and beverage preparation
- understanding of federal, state, and local alcohol service regulations

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry items as needed
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly
- present menu and make recommendations
- answer questions about food and beverages
- take guest orders and input accurately in POS system
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and regulations
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
- maintain an attractive and functional bar area
- keep bar and serving stations well-stocked
- clear plates timely
- present checks and handle transactions accurately
- respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
- replenish and organize beverage cart
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service sections and dining room
- assist other staff by clearing and cleaning tables
- complete opening, ongoing, and closing duties as assigned
- perform related duties as directed
- maintain regular and timely attendance
- interact professionally and respectfully with guests and coworkers
