Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience preferred
- must pass a Federal/National criminal background check and credit check
- must have a valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as defined by City policy
- must pass a pre-employment basic physical, drug screen, and functional assessment screening (Level 2)
- must be able to work weekends and holidays

- ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- knowledgeable of drink brand selections, garnishes, and prices
- confident food and drink recommendation skills
- outgoing personality and positive attitude
- complete understanding of standardized recipes for classic and contemporary cocktails
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greets customers promptly
- presents menu, makes recommendations, and answers questions regarding beverages and food
- takes guest beverage and/or food orders and inputs orders accurately in the point-of-sale system
- prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and regulations
- retrieves and delivers food and beverage orders timely
- replenishes beverages and ensures guest satisfaction throughout meal service
- maintains bar area stocked, clean, and functional
- clears plates at appropriate time
- presents the check and handles transactions accurately
- responds graciously to guest service issues and reports to management
- replenishes beverage cart with fresh items and organizes cart
- maintains a clean and organized section, service station, and dining room
- performs opening, ongoing, and closing duties as assigned
- performs secondary responsibilities such as clearing and cleaning tables
- interacts professionally with public, coworkers, and supervisors
