Job Requirements
- Some high school education required
- no previous food service experience required
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- must be able to lift, bend and stoop
- must have the ability to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays, and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Coordinate with host/hostess and servers for efficient service and guest satisfaction
- ensure front-of-house cleanliness including tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas
- refill drinks and restock dining room and bar supplies
- prepare beverages for service and assist servers as needed
- clear tables between courses, replace dishes, and clean/reset vacated tables
- return dirty dishes to the dishwashing area
- take ownership of and resolve issues promptly
- leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing
