Job Requirements

Must have restaurant experience and bartending experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months food service or one year bartending experience
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic math skills
Must speak fluent English
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler card as required
Able to carry or lift items up to 50 pounds
Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move about restaurant
Good communication skills for interacting with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months food service experience or one year bartending experience
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
Fluent in English
Flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Alcohol awareness certification or valid food handler card as required by local or state agency
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Knowledge of kitchen operations and front-of-house F&B experience preferred
Demonstrated engagement in wellness, nutrition, fitness, or related activities

Job Duties

Engages guests to understand their wellness needs and offers options to help guests make healthy food choices
Assists guests with tablet ordering and takes beverage orders according to brand standards
Prepares and presents food and beverages including bartending specialty cocktails
Uses suggestive selling techniques to up-sell where possible to maximize hotel revenue
Stores food and beverage products and replenishes supplies based on business forecasts
Clears and cleans tables promptly and maintains cleanliness in guest and production areas
Processes cashiering transactions accurately and completes closing/reconciliation activities
