Job Requirements
- possess a valid Yavapai County Health Department Food Handlers card
- completed County and State Liquor training
- follow professional attire and appearance guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times

- ability to lift moderate weights and stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- adhere to all standards of proper service etiquette throughout guests' dining experience
- know all menu items including ingredients, preparation, required condiments, key descriptors, and potential allergies
- accurately and efficiently take orders from guests and expedite as soon as prepared from the kitchen
- communicate effectively with kitchen line and management staff
- complete end-of-service procedures
- have knowledge of all liquor laws and company policies regarding alcoholic beverages
- service a five-table station during typical service demand
- maintain strong working knowledge of Micros POS and other check processing procedures for dining room service
- assist other employees with questions and process discounts while maintaining assigned section
- complete closing paperwork including checking accuracy of all discounts and comps and obtaining signatures
- attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions
