Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior serving experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, and a positive dining experience
  • Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly and professionally
  • Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including bussing and resetting tables
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
