- Prior serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, and a positive dining experience
- Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly and professionally
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including bussing and resetting tables
- Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
