Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- capable of handling multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- TABC Certification for serving alcohol
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- strong customer service skills

- proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- must be able to stand for long periods move quickly bend twist and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, capable of handling multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certifications: TABC Certification for serving alcohol and Texas Food Handlers Certification are required
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, clear communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, move quickly, bend, twist, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, sharing information about the menu and specials while making personalized recommendations
- Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that any special requests, dietary needs, or allergy restrictions are effectively communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring that all orders meet our restaurant's quality standards
- Continuously monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
- Present checks, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, escalating any unresolved matters to management as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the server station, dining area, and surrounding workspaces, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties and complete side work as assigned
