- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a server or waitstaff role preferred

Job Duties
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- serve food and beverage
- prepare itemized checks
- accept payments when necessary
- escort guests to tables
- serve customers seated at counters
- set up and clear tables
- operate a cash register/point of sales system
- check identification for alcohol service compliance
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with brand standards and safety regulations
- be knowledgeable of the restaurant menu and specials
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and side stands
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
