Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience in a restaurant or customer service setting
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work flexible schedules including early shifts
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be dependable and possess teamwork skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent guest service skills and experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proficient computer skills including POS systems
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
  • 0-2 years related work experience

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
  • Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
  • Promote new promotions and product information effectively to guests
  • Maintain company standards for food quality and safety
  • Input orders accurately into the POS system
  • Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when appropriate
  • Communicate and interact with guests to manage crowds and ease wait times
  • Assist in other job categories as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
