- ability to stand for long periods

- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests within 1 minute, providing a warm welcome
- Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for efficient task completion
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper procedures
- Ensure precise preparation and delivery of all items
- Quickly and accurately process guest orders to the kitchen and bar
- Monitor customers to ensure satisfaction
- Serve food and beverages following specified procedures
- Handle the total bill, deliver checks, and accept payment
- Assist server assistants and host/hostesses
- Complete assigned side work and closing duties
- Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly
- Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing
