Job Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Answer questions and make recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Ensure each order meets quality standards before serving
- Anticipate and promptly respond to guests’ needs
- Clear and reset tables for incoming guests
- assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Complete side duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace
