Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
- basic math skills for cashiering and bill splitting
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes
- proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Prior experience in food service, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or high-volume restaurants
- strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently
- ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales
- effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- basic math skills for cashiering and bill splitting
- knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations is beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards
- assist with setting up tables, bussing, and resetting dining areas as needed
- handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and manage cash handling responsibilities
- ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas according to sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and proper food presentation
- support guest relations by providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and wine pairings when applicable
