Job Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
comfortable working in both hot and cold kitchen or service environments

Job Duties

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs
create positive first and lasting impressions throughout the dining experience
demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
confidently answer questions, suggest pairings, and promote menu items
take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy
deliver meals and beverages promptly and confirm guest satisfaction
manage assigned tables effectively in a fast-paced environment
clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
maintain an organized and inviting dining area
work cooperatively with team members across all restaurant areas
assist with bussing, food running, preparation tasks, and general upkeep as needed
handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
maintain cleanliness of workstations and guest areas
complete assigned side work to ensure supplies are stocked and service areas remain clean
