Job Duties

  • provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs
  • create positive first and lasting impressions throughout the dining experience
  • demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • confidently answer questions, suggest pairings, and promote menu items
  • take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy
  • deliver meals and beverages promptly and confirm guest satisfaction
  • manage assigned tables effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
  • maintain an organized and inviting dining area
  • work cooperatively with team members across all restaurant areas
  • assist with bussing, food running, preparation tasks, and general upkeep as needed
  • handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness of workstations and guest areas
  • complete assigned side work to ensure supplies are stocked and service areas remain clean
