Job Requirements

  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • ability to work as part of a team

  • comfortable using POS and restaurant systems
  • previous serving experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation
  • check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
  • assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
  • handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures
