Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older per Alaskan State Law to serve alcohol
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse staff
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
- Detail-oriented
- Hospitable and enjoys connecting with guests
- Knowing how to prioritize
- Must be flexible with AM and PM shifts
- Requires living on property at Chena Hot Springs Resort
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous restaurant experience required
- TAPS and ServSafe certifications preferred or willing to obtain
- Cocktail and mixed drink pouring experience preferred
- Ability to connect with guests and provide hospitable service
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and serving meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Connecting with guests to make their experience memorable
- Cleaning and maintaining dining area
- Communicating and coordinating with restaurant and kitchen staff
- Managing time and priorities effectively
- Maintaining hospitality standards
- Working flexible shifts AM and PM
