Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Must be able to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work mornings days evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Team oriented with an innate sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Prior experience with customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings days evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Professionally welcome guests and presents them with a menu
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about menu offerings including ingredients and preparation and able to communicate offerings to guests in a clear and concise manor
- Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes as applicable
- Take food and beverage orders from the guest
- Use POS system to place orders along with any special requirements made by the guest
- Communicate with the guests and provide assistance regarding any questions or concerns they may have
- Serve food and beverage to the guest following brand standards
