Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • Must be able to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work mornings days evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Team oriented with an innate sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Prior experience with customer service or food and beverage preferred
  • Ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings days evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Professionally welcome guests and presents them with a menu
  • Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about menu offerings including ingredients and preparation and able to communicate offerings to guests in a clear and concise manor
  • Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes as applicable
  • Take food and beverage orders from the guest
  • Use POS system to place orders along with any special requirements made by the guest
  • Communicate with the guests and provide assistance regarding any questions or concerns they may have
  • Serve food and beverage to the guest following brand standards
