  • capable of handling multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC Certification for serving alcohol
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • clear communication abilities

  • proficiency in point-of-sale systems
  • Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, sharing information about the menu and specials while making personalized recommendations
  • Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that any special requests, dietary needs, or allergy restrictions are effectively communicated to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring that all orders meet our restaurant's quality standards
  • Continuously monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
  • Present checks, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, escalating any unresolved matters to management as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the server station, dining area, and surrounding workspaces, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and complete side work as assigned
