- Texas Food Handlers Certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, sharing information about the menu and specials while making personalized recommendations
- Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that any special requests, dietary needs, or allergy restrictions are effectively communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring that all orders meet our restaurant's quality standards
- Continuously monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
- Present checks, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, escalating any unresolved matters to management as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the server station, dining area, and surrounding workspaces, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties and complete side work as assigned
