Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work early morning or evening shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work according to business needs
- Willingness to engage and communicate positively with guests

- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Ability to be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, and co-workers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with flexibility in scheduling according to business needs
- Demonstrated high sense of responsibility and professionalism
Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving guest problems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with and understand guests by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
