Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- passion for providing exceptional customer service
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
Job Duties
- greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming manner
- having thorough menu knowledge including specials and promotions
- taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- utilizing suggestive selling techniques to promote additional items
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- engaging with guests courteously to address questions and concerns
- presenting bills and processing payments accurately
- collaborating with kitchen and bartenders for smooth operations
