Job Requirements
- Server experienced preferred but not necessary
- Must pass alcohol certification examination
- Must pass general information and departmental tests with a grade of 90 or higher
- Must pass 30 day probationary period upon earning employment
- Able to stand for 8 hours
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Good hearing for accurate communication

Job Duties
- REPORTS TO: General Manager/Associate Manager /Department Manager
- Perform dining room set-up, running side work and closing duties
- Maintain assertive hospitality and upsell customers by communicating thorough product knowledge
- Serve guests according to established procedures
- Participate in table and dining room clean up
- Compute guest checks operates the P.O. S. computerized cash register system, and accept payments
- Report tips for each shift
- Maintain dining room safety and sanitation
- Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Associate Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift
- Obtain Manager's approval prior to punching out
- Attend all employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Avoid leaving work area during peak periods
- Take breaks only at non-busy periods in compliance with the General Manager/Associate Manager as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Perform job functions with accordance to performance standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/associate Manager
