Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders from guests and answer any questions they may have
  • Serve drinks and food promptly and courteously
  • Accommodate guests' needs and special requests in a timely manner
  • Make suggestions regarding food and drink options
  • Clean guest tables and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Use a point-of-sale computerized register system to relay orders to the kitchen
  • Present the guest check and handle cash or credit card payments with efficiency and accuracy
