Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders from guests and answer any questions they may have
- Serve drinks and food promptly and courteously
- Accommodate guests' needs and special requests in a timely manner
- Make suggestions regarding food and drink options
- Clean guest tables and maintain a tidy dining area
- Use a point-of-sale computerized register system to relay orders to the kitchen
- Present the guest check and handle cash or credit card payments with efficiency and accuracy
