Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs
- create positive first and lasting impressions throughout the dining experience
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- confidently answer questions, suggest pairings, and promote menu items
- take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy
- deliver meals and beverages promptly and confirm guest satisfaction
- manage assigned tables effectively in a fast-paced environment
- clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
- maintain an organized and inviting dining area
- work cooperatively with team members across all restaurant areas
- assist with bussing, food running, preparation tasks, and general upkeep as needed
- handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- maintain cleanliness of workstations and guest areas
- complete assigned side work to ensure supplies are stocked and service areas remain clean
