Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine and spirits
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions and billing

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, silverware, and service stations
- uphold all health and safety regulations and company policies
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
