Job Requirements
- 0-2 years related experience
- strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including early closing shifts
- ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- dependable with exceptional teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- computer skills including POS system experience
- strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages to guests promptly ensuring items meet company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- informs guests about new promotions and product information
- maintains knowledge of menu items and serves only food that meets quality standards
- inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work as outlined
- practices safe food and beverage handling and keeps work areas clean
- handles food prep equipment safely
- effectively manages guest complaints involving management when necessary
- interacts with guests to provide a pleasant dining experience and manage crowd flow
- assists in other job categories as needed
- performs all other duties as assigned
