Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banquet or food and beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong team orientation
- Compliance with health and safety standards

- Previous banquet, bartending or service experience a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekday mornings

- Basic understanding of banquet event orders and setup requirements
Job Duties
- Create new and innovative ways to ensure a memorable experience for everyone involved
- Understand banquet event orders to direct setup and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed
- Work with chef and F&B supervisor to ensure food and meeting rooms set properly
- Responsible to keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained
- Set up audio visual requirements as needed
- Assist with setting up and breaking down all tables, chairs, bars, linens, etc.
- Support coworkers during high-volume events to maintain smooth operations
- Work directly with clients with a welcoming and friendly personality
- Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
- Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels
