Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- answer questions and make recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- ensure each order meets quality standards before serving
- anticipate and promptly respond to guests’ needs
- clear and reset tables for incoming guests
- assist with cleaning duties as needed
- work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with kitchen staff for smooth service
- complete side duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace
