Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum one year of relevant work experience preferred
- good conversational skills and a team-oriented attitude
- positive attitude and outgoing personality
- prior server experience considered an advantage
Job Duties
- Greet guests and attend to tables promptly
- serve food and beverages to guests and offer recommendations when necessary
- share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- accurately and timely record transactions using the MICROS system
- approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- clean tables, complete closing duties, and replenish dishware and other supplies
