Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent general educational development certificate
- at least one year of related work experience
- ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
- complete safety training and certification before employment
Job Qualifications
- good conversational skills and teamwork orientation
- positive attitude and outgoing personality
- prior experience as a server considered a strong advantage
Job Duties
- welcome guests and attend to tables promptly
- serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations if necessary
- share knowledge of the menu to assist guests with questions and special requests
- accurately and promptly record transactions using the MICROS system
- approach guests to ensure satisfaction with every dish and drink
- clean tables, complete closing duties, and replenish dishware and other supplies
