Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Food Worker Card required
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery and clearing of items
- Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials or promotions
- Takes orders and inputs them into the Point of Sale computer for kitchen notification
- Retrieves orders from kitchen, confirms accuracy and delivers to guests
- Ascertains guest satisfaction throughout meal service
- Abides by all federal, state regulations and restaurant liquor policies regarding alcohol service
