Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

- Capable of handling guest payments accurately

Job Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail offerings or willingness to learn
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items and specials, and offer recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and with attention to presentation and accuracy
- Check back with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
- Work closely with hosts, bussers, and other team members to provide seamless service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining room including side work and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Ensure proper handling of guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Comply with hotel brand standards and local health department regulations
