Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all health safety and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance as per team member handbook
- Must be proactive and able to assist other restaurant personnel when needed
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills to handle transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Check station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Record the details of the order from the guests repeating the order to the guests to check for accuracy
- Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed
- When complete retrieve order from kitchen confirm its accuracy and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
- Abide by all State Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
