Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with all health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance as per team member handbook
  • Must be proactive and able to assist other restaurant personnel when needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math skills to handle transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
  • Check station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • Record the details of the order from the guests repeating the order to the guests to check for accuracy
  • Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed
  • When complete retrieve order from kitchen confirm its accuracy and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
  • Abide by all State Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
