Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience in a hotel or comparable setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capacity to handle high-volume service efficiently
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • two to three years of serving experience at a large hotel or similar restaurant property
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Job Duties

  • serve food and beverage items to customers according to Legacy Hotel standards
  • maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to answer customer questions accurately
  • use pre-approved selling techniques to promote premium products
  • perform opening and closing procedures and complete side work tasks
  • resolve guest complaints and perform service recovery as needed
  • multitask effectively in a high-volume setting
  • maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout shifts
