Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, Monday through Sunday
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to perform cleaning and prepping duties
- Ability to handle money accurately

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff
- Some previous restaurant experience preferred
- Can do attitude and willingness to be at work during your shift
Job Duties
- Report to work on time in a clean and complete proper uniform
- Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting such as Good Morning or Welcome to Huddle House
- Review the menu with customers when needed and suggestively sell products
- Take orders from each customer at the table accurately
- Use proper, approved abbreviations and submit tickets to the cook's station
- Deliver food in a timely manner to customers when food is ready
- Handle money from customers and account for all tickets and credit card receipts
- Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift
- Perform all prepping and cleaning duties as assigned including bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and walls
- Bring all items of concern to the attention of the manager immediately, especially safety concerns and customer service complaints
- Know the menu and daily features to suggestively sell products
- Follow the Huddle House steps of service with each guest to maximize sales
