Job Requirements
- prior restaurant or serving experience preferred
- basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
- strong communication skills
- fluent in English
- knowledge of food handling safety and presentation standards
- friendly approachable and reliable
- ability to stay focused and composed during high-volume service
- enthusiastic about guest satisfaction and teamwork
- willingness to jump into other roles as needed
- stand and walk for extended periods
- lift and carry trays or food items up to 50 lbs up to 100 times per day
- bend reach and kneel regularly
- work in hot or cold environments
- comfortable working in a busy sometimes noisy setting
- available to work various shifts including weekends evenings and holidays

Job Duties
- serve hot and cold food items in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
- interact with guests and team members to ensure timely accurate orders
- explain menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
- deliver food and beverages promptly and with care
- maintain cleanliness of tables dining area and serving stations
- assist with beverage preparation hot and cold drinks
- act as host when needed and ensure guests feel welcome
- operate POS systems handle payments and follow proper cash procedures
- report safety hazards maintenance needs or accidents to management
- support teammates during busy periods and shift transitions
