Job Duties
- greet guests in a courteous and respectable way
- welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
- offer menu suggestions and answer questions using acquired menu knowledge
- check food orders for accuracy, appearance, and temperature and deliver promptly
- engage guests with genuine hospitality and address any concerns to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line area, and dining room common areas
- perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking stations, and bussing tables
- communicate with manager on duty and coworkers regarding service or safety issues
- write guest checks and operate POS equipment
- restock service stations, garnish line, and condiment areas
- assist team members as needed
- maintain overall dining area cleanliness and organization
