Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
  • Welcome guests immediately upon seating with non-scripted greeting
  • Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and anticipate guests' needs using acquired menu knowledge
  • Deliver hot food promptly, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature
  • Show genuine hospitality and engage guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Keep tables, station, pantry line area, and dining room common areas clean
  • Perform side work during shift downtime including rolling silverware, restocking cleaning workstations, and bussing tables
  • Write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policies
  • Maintain service stations, garnish line, service bar, and common areas of the restaurant
  • Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, and safety problems
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Process orders and anticipate system breakdowns to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
