Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
- Welcome guests immediately upon seating with non-scripted greeting
- Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and anticipate guests' needs using acquired menu knowledge
- Deliver hot food promptly, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature
- Show genuine hospitality and engage guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Keep tables, station, pantry line area, and dining room common areas clean
- Perform side work during shift downtime including rolling silverware, restocking cleaning workstations, and bussing tables
- Write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policies
- Maintain service stations, garnish line, service bar, and common areas of the restaurant
- Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, and safety problems
- Assist team members as needed
- Process orders and anticipate system breakdowns to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
