Job Requirements
- One year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required
- Flexible availability to work mid or pm shifts, holidays and weekends
- Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- Current Food Handlers certification
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to stand and walk on feet for at least eight hours
- Able to carry at least 10-15 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food and beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner
- Quality check food and ensure order meets guests expectations
- Set up tables and perform opening duties
- Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits
- Self bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties
- Resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage
