Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way
  • Welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
  • Offer menu suggestions using acquired knowledge and answer guest questions
  • Deliver hot food checking orders for accuracy and temperature
  • Show genuine hospitality with personality and specific suggestions at every step
  • Engage guests to ensure 100% satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, station, pantry, and dining areas
  • Perform side work during shift downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking stations
  • Communicate with manager and coworkers regarding service and equipment issues
  • Write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policy
  • Assist team members by restocking and cleaning service areas
  • Run food for servers ensuring hot food is served hot
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and pantry area
