Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum age of 21 years
Ability to obtain Gaming License from Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
Ability to obtain ABLE license through State of Oklahoma and Liquor License through Sac & Fox Tax Commission
Basic math skills
Cash handling skills
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
Ability to pass thorough background check
Legally able to work in the United States

Developed strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication with team members including respectfulness
Excellent attitude and customer service experience with internal and external customers
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or ability to learn food preparation and restaurant equipment operation

Ability to obtain Gaming License from Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Minimum age of 21 years
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to pass background check as required by Gaming Commission
Basic math and cash handling skills
Availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
Clear communication skills with managers and front-line personnel
Maintain professional appearance
Ability to obtain ABLE license through the State of Oklahoma and Liquor License through Sac & Fox Tax Commission

Job Duties

Greet customers and upsell products such as appetizers or daily specials
Have working knowledge of the menu and answer customer questions
Refill drinks throughout the meal
Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction
Process customer bills and take payments
Clean food service areas
Stock serving stations or dining areas
Assist other team members as needed
Attend all scheduled team member meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Graciously greet and welcome guests ensuring high-quality service
Ensure guest satisfaction with food, drink quality, and cleanliness
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Explain and describe menu items to customers
Describe preparation methods of menu items
Ensure accuracy of completed orders prior to delivery
Deliver condiments, accessories and track drink orders
Maintain professional appearance
Handle cash transactions and make change
Ensure compliance with legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
Perform additional duties assigned by management
Have knowledge of common drinks, ingredients, and prices
Answer drink questions and recommend upsells
Check guest identification for age requirements
Provide information about Sac & Fox Nation, casino, restaurants, and other relevant info
Project a positive and friendly attitude at all times
