Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and coworkers
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to obtain required gaming and liquor licenses
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn food preparation and service equipment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Ability to obtain Gaming License from Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
- Legally able to work in the United States
- At least 21 years of age

- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and front-line personnel
- Maintain professional appearance
- Ability to obtain ABLE license through State of Oklahoma and Liquor License through Sac & Fox Tax Commission
Job Duties
- Greet customers and up sell products such as appetizers or daily specials
- Have working knowledge of the menu and answer customer questions
- Refill drinks throughout the meal
- Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction
- Process customer bills and take payments
- Clean food service areas
- Stock serving stations or dining areas
- Assist other team members as needed
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Graciously greet and welcome guests to provide the highest quality service
- Ensure guest satisfaction regarding food, drink quality, and cleanliness
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Explain and describe menu items and preparation methods
- Ensure order accuracy before delivery
- Deliver condiments and track drink orders
- Maintain professional appearance
- Make change from issued banks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Have knowledge of common drinks, ingredients, and prices
- Answer drink-related questions and recommend upsells
- Check guest IDs to verify age for alcohol consumption
- Provide information about the Sac & Fox Nation, casino, restaurants, and local activities
- Project a positive and friendly attitude at all times
