  • answer questions on menu selections

  • report occurrences of accidents, injuries, or hazardous work conditions to manager
  • fulfill safety training requirements and receive certifications
  • maintain neat appearance and demonstrate professionalism
  • protect company assets and uphold confidentiality
  • provide professional reception and greet all guests
  • assist guests with service requirements and disabilities
  • communicate using clear and professional language
  • develop and maintain amicable relationships with coworkers
  • promote unity within the support team to realize joint goals
  • maintain adherence to quality expectations and standards
