Job Duties

Welcome patrons with a smile, take note of their orders, handle payments, and address any customer issues in a professional manner
Process payments via cash registers or POS terminals, using persuasive sales approaches to drive sales volume
Confirm the correctness of patron orders and package and seal food and beverage items for pick-up
Make sure that the kitchen areas, counters, spaces for food preparation, utensils, dining sections, bathrooms, and outdoor landscapes are well-maintained
Uphold adherence to health and safety regulations within work environments
Aid in the unloading and organizing of inventory as needed
Perform tasks at different workstations, which could involve working at the front counter, managing the Drive-Thru section, preparing food items, and expediting orders
Ensure timely and regular attendance at all assigned shifts
Maintain compliance with Burger King's uniform and grooming rules to uphold the company's image and standards
Promptly manage any restaurant-related problems in a professional manner
Improve team competencies and work together to achieve common objectives
Encourage a positive exchange with patrons, fellow employees, and supervisors
Succeed in managing tasks effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
