Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of restaurant serving experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
  • Commitment to following health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in a server role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and wine service
  • Certification as a sommelier or cicerone is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Friendly, patient, and adaptable personality
  • Responsible alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain it

Job Duties

  • Welcome and seat guests courteously
  • Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including food and wine pairings
  • Deliver attentive and efficient table service while maintaining high standards of hospitality
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to improve service quality
