Job Duties
- adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety and security
- inform the manager of any occurrences of accidents, injuries, or hazardous work conditions observed
- successfully fulfill safety training requirements and receive certifications
- ensure that each person's appearance is neat and demonstrates a high level of professionalism
- ensure the protection of company assets while upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information
- provide a professional reception and greet all guests following the company's prescribed standards
- be ready to assist guests with their service requirements and offer aid to individuals with disabilities
