high school diploma or GED preferred
detail oriented and strong written and verbal communication required
basic mathematical skills required
must pass background check
able to stand for extended periods
able to walk, bend, and stoop occasionally
able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

Take orders
make menu suggestions
answer questions regarding the food and beverage menu
build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
conduct final check of food items prior to serving customers
deliver food orders in a professional manner and in accordance with safety procedures of the company
cash out customers and ensure proper money handling
resolve guest issues professionally
work as a team player
