Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • detail oriented and strong written and verbal communication required
  • basic mathematical skills required
  • must pass background check
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • able to walk, bend, and stoop occasionally
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Take orders
  • make menu suggestions
  • answer questions regarding the food and beverage menu
  • build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
  • conduct final check of food items prior to serving customers
  • deliver food orders in a professional manner and in accordance with safety procedures of the company
  • cash out customers and ensure proper money handling
  • resolve guest issues professionally
  • work as a team player
